Q:Where do your products ship from, USA or another country?

A: Phones are shipped direct from warehouse in China and other items such as earphone adapters are shipped from designers country.

Q:My country is not listed for shipping?

A:Many of the common countries we ship to are already activated for shipping automatically. If you would like to inquire on shipping to another country then contact us so we can separately quote on this.

Q:How long does shipping take to my country?

A:Shipping time can vary depending on delivery country and method of shipping. Phones sent typically take 7-10 days to most countries with a few being delivered in a quick 5 days. Accessories typically take about 14 days to many countries.

Q:What methods of shipping do you use?

A:We ship using the most effective method possible depending on product to be sent. Phones are typically sent via EMS , registered post HK or USPS. Accessories are typically sent via HK International Airmail.
